Program Fee
$2,600
per player / season
Paid in equal installments on August 1 and January 1. A written payment schedule is provided before roster acceptance.
What's Included
- Team coaching and instruction
- Scheduled team practices
- Tournament registration fees (2 fall, 12 spring — up to 4 outside NWA)
- Administrative coordination and communication
- Basic team equipment: practice balls, game balls, coaching supplies
- Facility rental for scheduled indoor/outdoor team practices
- Uniform package
Not Included
- Player/family travel, hotels, meals, fuel, parking, and gate fees
- Personal baseball equipment: bats, gloves, cleats, batting gloves, or replacement gear
- Optional private lessons, camps, clinics, or extra training
- Additional tournaments not in the original schedule, including World Series or special events
- Medical expenses related to injury or illness
